Shipping Policies

We ship all our orders every 2 weeks from Australia via Australia Post as standard parcels.

Australia orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks
International orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks, please refer to this website for more info here (As long as there are no unforeseen delays)

All orders will including a tracking number, which will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any items which are lost or damaged during transit, as they are out of our hands. However, feel free to contact us about delays or tracking issues and we can lodge an enquiry with the shipping service.

Due to COVID, there have been sustained shipping restrictions in place when sending to certain locations, please check this page. If we receive an order from a country we cannot ship to, we will hold onto your order for as long as necessary until the shipping restriction is lifted, or we will refund the order.
